  TESTIMONIALS

At the outset I would like to complement you on the training program executed by Quest during our recently concluded Annual Business Partner Meet. All participants were absolutely delighted with the program content & execution. As a matter of fact many of our Business partners mentioned that they would certainly make it to the next Annual Meet if nothing else to participate & benefit from similar interventions. It was indeed a pleasure interacting with you right from the briefing stage & I must complement your understanding of the brief perfectly & customizing the content of this program to suit our immediate objectives. Thanks once again for a job well done & look forward to interacting more frequently with you in the future - Ram Warrier - Business Head, Aptech Ltd

“The more you have to demonstrate your power, the less of a leader you are.”

Self leadership is about mastery over self. It is about fighting our own demons, and evolving as human beings and organisational leaders. It is not possible to capture the following and loyalty of others, until we make ourselves truly worthy of it. Quest activities bring out aspects of leadership which emenate from action, not words; from responsibility, not position; from role playing, and not lip service. We help participants realise that leadership doesn’t mean having all the solutions or giving directions, but facilitiating the team to pool in their strengths and emerge with the solution. Leadership also means taking charge even though I may not be the formal leader, and helping my team to win with an intervention that only I am capable of. Self leadership doesn’t mean creating change, but being the change and leading people by demonstrating the desired behaviour.

An effective leader needs to walk her talk. Like Gandhiji and other great leaders, one has to live something through before asking others to do so. Thus, as slowly we understand and master aspects of self leadership, we all become leaders in our own right and the organisation as a whole becomes vibrant, innovative and delivers excellence consistently.
